How to Play ?
You can just start a new game right now! All the basics will be explained within the first few fights.
Just listen to the dialogue and read the text. Sonny is a turn based fighting game. You choose what move your character makes in his turn by first selecting WHO you want to make a move on, and then you can choose WHAT you want to do to that target. For example, if you want to attack an enemy, you click on the enemy first, then you can choose to attack him.
If you want to heal a team mate, select that character and you will be able to choose a move to use on him. You may only have 8 moves 'equipped' in any fight, and you configure this from your Abilities menu. Some moves can be equipped more than once, so that you can use it more often.
